Sign In!

A daily sign in can be used in many different purposes.  The obvious intent is to strengthen fine motor skills and pre-writing skills. 
At any age, incorporating the 5 senses in an activity will stimulate the brain and make the process more meaningful for children.
Sign in Ideas
Make name tags with students’ picture on it!
·         Laminate students sign in sheet and use dry erase markers
·         Use sheet protectors over sign in sheet and use dry erase markers
·         Use Magna Doodles
·         Use chalk boards
·         Use dry erase boards
·         Use large piece of paper, sentence strips, index cards,
·         Use magnetic letters and cookie sheetsUse Mimio Board or Smart board to sign in
·         Use paper with different writing utensils (pencils, smelly markers, Crayons)
·         Change the surface your students writes on ( table,floor, wall, easel)
